Delivery and Returns


Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which will require a signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

International Deliveries

International deliveries from £12, depending on where you are in the world and the weight of the order. If you encounter any problems with registering your shipping address, please contact us by email at: and we will get back to you swiftly to help. All International orders are dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and shipped using a service that delivers within 5 days of dispatch, this service is tracked and will require a signature upon receipt.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return your purchase, you must do so within 14 days of receipt. If more than 14 days has elapsed, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us in perfect condition, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the labels attached. Please include the original invoice and a covering letter.

You must make your own arrangements to return the goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of the return unless the goods are faulty. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive back at our warehouse.


Once we receive your return and it has been accepted, your refund will be processed via the original payment method. This can take up to 14 days, and you will be refunded with original product price. This does not affect your legal rights.

Shipping Of Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You will also be responsible for covering shipping costs for us to return the specifies item to you, i.e. customer should enclose a cheque to cover these costs, failing this we will send an invoice for exact postage cost upon our receipt of exchange goods.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
