Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via 1st Class Recorded Delivery which will require a signature.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
International deliveries need to be calculated by us to ascertain the real cost of delivery depending on destination and weight and the package. All International orders are despatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and shipped using a service that delivers within 5 days of despatch, this service is tracked and may require a signature upon receipt.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You will also be responsible for covering shipping costs for us to return the specifies item to you, i.e. customer should enclose a cheque to cover these costs, failing this we will send an invoice for exact postage cost upon our receipt of exchange goods.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
